Anne Giroux is the Finance Manager for Marquette County. She also serves as the Executive Director of both the Marquette County Land Bank Authority and Marquette County Brownfield Authority. Previously she served as Marquette County Treasurer for twelve years and has over 20 years of experience in local government finance. Anne has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Computer Information Systems and a Master of Public Administration degree both from Northern Michigan University. She is a Past-President of the Michigan Association of County Treasurers and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Michigan Association of Land Banks. Anne also serves as Chair of the Community Foundation of Marquette County and Chair of the Greater Ishpeming Area Community Fund.
